A truly exceptional coffee table of Italian origin, employing 1950s and 1960s Mid-Century Modern aesthetic vocabulary and typical woodwork of that period. The tabletop is shaped in a boat-like form. However, it is the base that truly captivates the viewer. Exquisite in its execution, the base features beautifully carved tapered feet, converging in the middle to form a composition of sharp, diagonal lines. Cross-shaped stretchers are positioned between the legs and underside of the top, creating an intricate geometric layout.

Please note that the table is in good, used condition with signs of wear and use. Restoration can be done before shipping by our experienced craftsmen and -women in our own in-house restoration atelier.
